Laundry-Room as a service:

Transitioning to fossil independence is not just about ramping up renewable electricity production; it fundamentally involves smarter energy use. Rison's Energy-Efficient Laundry Room project stands as a prime example of such innovative energy utilization.

The inaugural phase targets two laundry rooms, projected to enhance energy efficiency by approximately 20,000 kWh annually. This initiative represents the kind of sustainable solutions Rison facilitates, offering financing, operation, and maintenance services for climate-positive measures at a predetermined cost.

Innovative Financing Model:

Rison's approach can adapt to various energy efficiency improvements requiring investment. Specifically, for the “Laundry Room” project, we've developed a rental model that uses the savings from energy-efficient appliances to cover the investment, including service and maintenance costs.

This project significantly upgrades the laundry room experience for tenants, equipping them with modern, high-quality machines, while concurrently reducing the property's energy usage and environmental footprint. Importantly, Rison's comprehensive investment coverage means customers can enhance their facilities without impacting their investment budgets.
