MAPPING AND PRIORITIZATION
We start by working closely with you and our partners to identify the most impactful climate-enhancement measures and clean technology solutions that could replace existing systems. During this phase, we also establish the contractual terms for each project.

IMPLEMENTATION OF PILOT PROJECT
Next, we select an ideal pilot project to carry out in collaboration with our partners. This initial project is financed through our innovative funding model, which attracts long-term investors interested in green technology, offering them very competitive terms.

SCALING OF PROJECT PORTFOLIO
With the pilot project as a benchmark, we develop a plan to gradually implement a series of projects. Scaling up the number of projects not only reduces your carbon footprint and ongoing operational costs but also includes the benefit of comprehensive operation and maintenance services.
